Every Project is unique. Therefore every service will be tailored to fit each client perfectly. The processes are based on the different phases of the project life cycle and based on the PMBOK® and other Project Management Solutions:
The procedures are as follows:
1. Acceptance of quotation and formal appointment as external consultant.
2. Enter the project as observer to identify the problem areas.
3. Formal review on problem areas.
4. Develop a change strategy to rescue the project and to rectify the problem areas.
5. Implement change strategy.
6. Monitor the rescue operations.
7. Closure of rescue operations.
NETPMP can be involved:
1. Up to closure stage of the strategy (Complete rescue operation), or
2. Can only be utilize to identify the problem areas and develop the change strategy. (Implementation by the client's Project Team). |
